Most of those who plan to vote in parliamentary elections would vote for a non-affiliated candidate

Among Belarusians who plan to vote in this fall`s elections for the House of Representatives, more than half are ready to vote for a non-affiliated candidate, the Minsk-based Independent Institute of Social, Economic and Political Studies (IISEPS) reported with reference to its June national poll.
According to the ISSEPS, out of the 1,508 interviewed eligible voters, 54.4 percent said that they would vote for a non-affiliated candidate, 22 percent would not vote for such a candidate, and 23.6 percent failed to answer the question.
