Estonian Prime Minister Mr Juhan Parts and Head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Estonia Ambassador John Kjaer will host a joint reception at the Vanalinnastuudio Chamber Hall (Tallinn, Sakala 3) from 16.00-18.00. The Bavarian Symphony Orchestra concert "For a reunited Europe" will begin at 19.00 in the "Estonia" concert hall (Estonia pst 4). Estonian President Mr Arnold Rüütel will give the opening speech. Estonian TV will cover both events. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Press Centre will be open to the foreign media from 10.00 to 17.00.
