SYSTEM AND GAME SPEED Swiss system, 9 rounds. Time control: with electronic clocks 1.30 hours for the whole game plus 30 seconds for each move. The tournament is registered in FIDE. Conditons of Participation All expenses including start payment, travel, board and lodging are paid by the participant, his sponsor or drafting organization.
