Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong says his new Radio Shack team is ready to compete for the Tour‘s yellow jersey this year. Armstrong, who is on a three-day visit to South Africa, says after finishing third in last year‘s Tour behind Spaniard Alberto Contador, winning the Tour in July will be difficult.
