Global Lithuanian Leaders network together with law firm TRINITI would like to invite you to the 6th discussion "Lithuania, quo vadis?" devoted to the role of leadership in contemporary society. Adaptive leadership concept has been developed and promoted by the Harvard Kennedy School and applied by many practitioners world-wide. It is about diagnosing the essential from the expendable, understanding the relationship between leadership and authority, exercising influence, and managing the individual and institutional dynamics of change. It challenges you to look beyond quick technical answers, and asks you to examine yourself and the competing commitments and loyalties in your organization or community. During the open debate we jointly will have an opportunity to explore this concept of exercising leadership, whether being in a position of authority or just one member of a group. We believe that we have the recipe for the leadership so join us for debate! Disscussion panel: Ed O’Malley, CEO, Kansas Leadership Center Rytis Paulauskas, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva Prof. Ramūnas Vilpišauskas, Director, Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University Moderator - Linas Sabaliauskas, Managing partner at Law Firm TRINITI
