Rescue teams have now pulled the wreckage of the crashed turboprop charter plane from the murky Manacapuru river in Brazil's Amazon jungle. The crash is likely to add to concerns about Brazil's aviation safety standards which were raised after two major plane accidents in 2006 and 2007.
