Skynet Users Will Browse the Internet at a Cosmic Speed!

Published: 12 April 2011 y., Tuesday

Today travelling into space is as easy as travelling outside of Lithuania. Penkių Kontinentų Komunikacijų Centras gives its clients a cosmic Internet speed on April 12, the Day of International Aviation and Astronautics.

The recent increase in the company’s fiber-optic Internet Skynet capacity up to five Gbps within foreign networks allowed increasing the fiber-optic speed abroad. Symbolically, it happens to occur on April 12 - the day of commemoration of the first flight into space. From now on, the cosmic Skynet speed abroad is up to 100 Mbps, and in Lithuania - up to 300 Mbps.

It is worth noting that many companies have increased their Internet speed, resulting in users paying more money. Customers of Penkių Kontinentų Komunikacijų Centras should not be concerned about that, because the increase in the cosmic Skynet Internet speed will not cost them a dime. In addition, they have an excellent opportunity to enjoy not only an extremely fast and reliable fiber-optic Internet, but also a number of additional services: Penki TV interactive IP television with all its benefits, IP telephony and modern home security solutions.
