Digital Banking Solutions at Banks & Business Expo 2025 in Tashkent

Published: 25 April 2025 y., Friday

Tashkent became the venue for one of the largest financial events in Central Asia - Banks & Business Expo 2025. The forum brought together more than 10,000 participants, 100+ exhibiting companies, and 30 speakers from 30 countries. The event was organized by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, the Association of Banks of Uzbekistan, as well as leading exhibition operators in the region.

Kirill Ovsiannikov, Deputy CEO for Strategic Development at BS/2, and Denis Kohaev, Head of Business Technical Support Department of JSCB “Kapitalbank” (Uzbekistan), made a joint presentation. Their report was devoted to the practical experience of digitalization of banking self-service in Uzbekistan.

As part of the presentation, BS/2 unveiled its innovative Customer Journey Map & Analytics (CJM&A) system. The solution analyzes customer behavior when using ATMs, identifies problem areas, optimizes service scenarios, and improves the overall efficiency of the customer experience.

Also demonstrated was MobileControl.iQ, an innovative tool that enables ATM control via smartphone without physical contact. The technology provides secure and convenient interaction through the use of biometrics and QR codes, reducing equipment wear and tear and maintenance costs.

At Kapitalbank's stand, visitors could familiarize themselves with the work of the DN Series smart ATM from Diebold Nixdorf. The modern device has advanced functionality: cardless deposit, currency exchange, self-collection, support for all major payment systems, and intelligent cash monitoring.

According to Kirill Ovsiannikov, ATMs today are not just cash withdrawal devices, but full-fledged digital channels of interaction with customers. BS/2 considers such solutions as intelligent platforms capable of adapting to the needs of users and forming a new standard of banking service.

Participation of BS/2 and ASHBURN International in Banks & Business Expo 2025 emphasizes their strategic role in the development of digital financial services in Central Asia. The companies will continue to actively implement advanced solutions that form a new level of banking services.
